These terms apply to customers using MAGNEETOZ for online food ordering, delivery, checkout, payment, coupons, loyalty benefits, and support.
Cancellation Rules
Customers may cancel during the allowed quick-cancel window. Once food preparation, rider pickup, or dispatch begins, cancellation may be restricted.
COD Rules
Cash on Delivery orders must be paid to the assigned rider at delivery. MAGNEETOZ may limit COD for high-value, suspicious, or repeated cancelled orders.
Payment Terms
Online payments are handled by secure payment partners. Failed, duplicate, or disputed payments are reviewed using payment gateway references.
Rider Responsibilities
Delivery partners are responsible for safe pickup, timely delivery attempts, payment collection where applicable, and respectful customer interaction.
Coupons & Loyalty
Coupons and rewards may have minimum order value, expiry, category limits, customer eligibility, usage caps, and non-transferable conditions.
