Information We Collect

Customer name, phone number, delivery address, landmark, order items, coupons, payment status, and delivery location when provided.
OTP authentication details are used only to verify access to checkout, order tracking, and customer account actions.
Payment data is processed through secure payment partners such as Razorpay. MAGNEETOZ does not store card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
Cookies, localStorage, and session data may store guest cart items, coupons, checkout progress, theme choices, and order preferences.

WhatsApp and Marketing Consent

Customers may receive WhatsApp messages for order confirmation, delivery updates, payment reminders, support, feedback, and promotional campaigns where consent is provided or where communication is required to complete an order. Marketing consent can be withdrawn by contacting support.

Data Use and Protection

We use customer data to process orders, assign riders, calculate delivery fees, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain records, improve services, and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to authorized business, admin, and delivery operations.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations depend on order status, payment mode, kitchen acceptance, rider assignment, and delivery stage. Eligible online payment refunds are processed through the original payment method. COD cancellations may be restricted after preparation or dispatch.
